One of our amazing attorneys is Noor Khoury. Noor is an associate attorney at Goldman and Associates. Her practice focuses primarily on criminal matters and a variety of family matters, including, divorce with or without children, custody, paternity, child support, and arrears. Attorney Khoury also handles criminal matters such as domestic violence and DUI cases.
As an immigrant from the Middle East, Noor has witnessed the impact of both the presence and absence of a just law on individuals and society as a whole. Since a young age, she has strived to be the voice for the many people who did not have one, which inspired her desire to become an attorney. Attorney Noor has prided herself as a public servant long before her legal career. She has volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club locally and across the state, and at homeless shelters. After she graduated from Wayne State University Law School, she has done work with the Free Legal Aid and the Appellate Public Defender Clinic, fighting for the rights of indigent people.
Attorney Noor treats her client’s problems as if they were her own. She is aggressive, determined yet empathetic, sharp and will fight for you every step of the way. Noor appreciates and understands that each client’s case and life is unique and different from another, and approaches each client’s issues with personalized attention. She also has a strong understanding that the clients have a life outside of their case, thus focusing on each client’s success more than just “a case” but their life as a whole. Her bilingual ability has been able to help a broader scope of individuals, too.
