Carrie’s passion for the law was ignited during her time volunteering. She volunteered at Legal Services of South Central Michigan after college. She has dedicated her career to helping families as they navigate the complexities of family law.

Carrie has had many successful cases throughout her career. Two cases, in particular, stand out to her. The first was her first court appearance as a student attorney. She successfully obtained custody for her client. The second was a child support case. She uncovered evidence of the opposing party having substantially more income than claimed. The discovery resulted in an increase in child support payments.
When she’s not practicing law, Carrie enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her own family. Her outside interests help her stay grounded and focused. It allows her to bring her best self to her work as a family law attorney.
